How fast is delivery and what does shipping cost?
We ship quickly from our Melbourne warehouse, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 10 AM and next-day dispatch on orders placed after.
Most customers in Melbourne and Sydney metro receive their order within 1–2 business days. Regular shipping is $10 Australia-wide, free over $100. Express $25.
What if my purchase doesn't feel right for my space?
You can return it within 30 days of delivery using our easy, automated returns process. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace it at no cost and cover the return shipping. For change of mind returns, a small restocking fee and return shipping apply.
