Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be issued and you will receive this via an email notification, and you may also check the status of your order at

The tracking number can take up to seven days to update with additional information, but rest assured that your order is on its way to you!

Due to the fast turnaround time for our orders, we cannot guarantee that we can update the address on an order already placed and/or shipped.

If the order is shipped you can contact the shipping carrier (Australia Post) directly to request a redirection.

Your delivery time will be dependent on your location and the item(s) you’re purchasing. To check a delivery time frame, please scroll to the bottom of the product page. 

Please note that the delivery dates displayed on the product page and delivery page at checkout are estimates, as we cannot guarantee that a parcel won’t encounter delays during transit.

Luckily 95% of orders arrive within or before the estimated timeframe!

Delays can occur when the package is in transit due to a variety of influences. If you see a delay in tracking updates be rest assured this can occur and does not mean your package is lost.

Please be patient with the carrier as delays are outside of our control. If you have questions about the delay please do not hesitate to reach out to our team! 

Unfortunately we are unable to refund and cancel due to carrier delays while your order is in transit to you.

Before reaching out please double check your Spam or Junk folder.

If the items in your order are too large to ship together, your items will have separate tracking numbers. This means you will receive separate parcels, possibly at different times and dates. Sometimes with our bundles, the products will ship separately and because only one product can be actively tracked, it will show as delivered. Please wait a few days for your other product/s to arrive. Contact us if you have not received a few days later.

Once you place an order, you may cancel within 24 hours. Please email if you wish to cancel, use subject format #000000 ORDER CANCELLATION so our team can process it as quickly as possible. A small processing fee will be deducted from the final refund, we let you know this amount in our email response.

Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been processed past the 24 hours and cannot be cancelled after the item has shipped.

In most cases, parcels will turn up within a few hours from being scanned as delivered. If you’re worried about where your parcel is, we suggest you seek information from the carrier (Australia Post) on where they dropped the parcel. Delivery drivers will try to make sure that your delivery is tucked away in a safe place if you are not home, so check any hiding spots you might have around your home. 

If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, please reach out to our customer service team at and they will do their best to help you locate your order.

Exchange, Return & Replacement

If an item arrives broken, damaged, or with other issues, please use our Returns and Exchanges (link in footer) platform for the quickest method to have your replacement dispatched out. We use reliable shipping partners, Australia Post, so this is a rare occurrence.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please use our return and exchanges platform to initiate the process of a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

All of the Dennis Did It lamps come with complimentary LED globes at 2200K, which is super warm.

If you would like to purchase your own globe they all take an E27 (excl. Puffball which includes 4 x E14).

Please note that the entry to the glass shade of lamps, including the Bubble Gum, Siren and Ribbon lamp is quite narrow so make sure the diameter of your replacement globe does not exceed 45mm diameter / width.

If your lamp was ordered prior to November 26th 2023, it came with a complimentary LED globe that can cycle between three light temperatures (cool, warm, and daylight) when you turn the lamp on and off via the switch. Play around with this feature to find the nice warm tone you’re looking for!

If your lamp was ordered after November 26th, it will come with a single-color LED globe. In this case, the color temperature will remain constant and can't be changed. It is 2200K which is extremely warm.

Yes, it's normal for the Above the Clouds Lamp to arrive with legs that may not be spread out as seen in our promotional materials. The legs of the lamp are malleable and designed to be adjustable to suit your preferences. If you prefer the legs to be more spread out, you can gently adjust them to achieve the desired angle. However, please be cautious not to adjust the legs too frequently, as over-adjusting can lead to metal fatigue. If you encounter any issues or require further assistance, don't hesitate to contact our support team.
